The group is spearheaded by Mr. Chetan Prakash Tayal,CMD a veteran in the field of real estate development and construction with over 3 decades of rich experience. He started his entrepreneur career by setting up a manufacturing unit involved in manufacturing of empty medical capsules and later on diversified into real estate, finance, infrastructure, energy, logistics, pharma and mining sectors reaching beyond the leap and bounds

Mr. Rakesh Tayal

Director

Mr. Rakesh Tayal is the younger son of Mr. Chetan Tayal. He has completed graduation from Welcome Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal & Masters in Hospitality Marketing from Les Roches, Switzerland. Mr. Rakesh Tayal has been actively involved in the development & management of the business of BBL & NCLR.

Managing Director

Ms. Swatee Tayal has over 12 years of experience in Project Conceptualization, Designing, Planning, Implementation and Management. She has done B.Arch, with Masters in Construction Management and Infrastructure Development from Switzerland.
